近年來，隨著橫河工控產(chǎn)品和品牌的知名度和市場(chǎng)占有率的上升，一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)銷商或者代理商，在未經(jīng)我公司授權(quán)的情況下在阿里巴巴等網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售平臺(tái)出售非正規(guī)渠道來源的橫河產(chǎn)品。由于此類網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售者難以提供正常的質(zhì)保服務(wù)，給廣大用戶帶來一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，并且對(duì)“橫河”品牌的聲譽(yù)造成極其惡劣的影響。為了保護(hù)消費(fèi)者的權(quán)益，現(xiàn)我司做出如下嚴(yán)正聲明:

????一，??截止目前，橫河電機(jī)（中國(guó)）有限公司從未授權(quán)任何個(gè)人或組織在網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售橫河的產(chǎn)品；
????二，??對(duì)未經(jīng)我公司授權(quán)銷售的產(chǎn)品，我公司一律不提供任何質(zhì)量保證及服務(wù)支持；
????三，??通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道購(gòu)買橫河產(chǎn)品的用戶，因質(zhì)量問題產(chǎn)生的任何糾紛，我公司概不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任；
????四，??對(duì)未經(jīng)授權(quán)擅自在網(wǎng)上銷售橫河產(chǎn)品的個(gè)人和單位，以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售平臺(tái)服務(wù)提供者，我公司將保留采取適當(dāng)法律行動(dòng)的權(quán)利。

In recent years, with the rising brand awareness and expanded market share of Yokogawa IA products, some network dealers or agents were found to be selling Yokogawa products in Alibaba and other network sales platform without authorization from Yokogawa. As product quality and aftersales services cannot be guaranteed by such network dealers, it not only causes economic losses to customers, but also badly impacts Yokogawa’s brand reputation. In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, we hereby make the following solemn statement:

1. Yokogawa China Co., Ltd. has up to now never authorized any individual or organization to sell Yokogawa products of any kind on the network;
2. For the products sold on the network, Yokogawa shall not be obliged to provide any warranty or service support whatsoever;
3. Yokogawa China Co., Ltd. shall not undertake any obligations for any defects or quality issues to customers who purchase Yokogawa products through network channels;
4. Yokogawa China Co., Ltd. reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against any individuals or companies who sell Yokogawa products without authorization as well as network sales platform providers.
